Each applicant must be proposed by one current 12:30 Table member. The applicant compeltes a membership application and then submits it to either the Chair of the Membership Committee or the Table President. The applicant is then a perspective member and is encouraged to take part in Table events and to eat lunch at the Table as often as possible.

The Membership Committee meets in April and October to consider applications.
